  • Two special incense sticks are inserted into instruments and circulated on the body. Like a contrasting calligraphy on the skin, Ito thermie provides :

This technique was invented in 1929 by Dr. Kin-Itso ITO who was looking for a solution to reduce pain. It is an harmonizing technique, very pleasant to receive, it creates a deep relaxation of the parasympathetic system.
