Basic 11-hour-course, for teenagers between 10 and 15 years-old (evening presentation for parents + 3 sessions for the teenagers).
The 18, 19 and 20 March 2016 and a reminder May 28, 2016.

Among the subjects, we will examine every one’s capacity to:

  • say no and be heard
  • avoid being chosen as a victim
  • face up to the school scrappers
  • develop intuition
  • react in case of provocation or insults
  • foresee kidnapping
  • defend yourself physically if former techniques fail (only in given classes, not a school)
  • avoid sexual abuse

More complete course: teaching basic principles as well as kicking techniques. The course starts by an evening addressed to parents so to present TaTouT’s values and to provide tools to be able to do a follow-up. Teenagers come firstly for two 3-hour sessions (one on Saturday and the other on Sunday). They continue to do their training few months later with a third 3-hour session. During the training, parents can come and attend to a part of the course. 16 teenagers can attend maximum.

It is possible in many cases to put an end to violence thanks to simple self-protection techniques.

Aiming to prevent violence, TaTouT school organize self-protection and gaining confidence courses for children and young people in all the French-speaking part of Switzerland. TaTouT suggests, by a playful, valorizing and customized approach, simple and concrete tools to stay safe and learn self-respect and respect of others.
The school’s goals is to associate parents to the process, so they can put into action principles and exercises of prevention of daily violence, as well as encourage them to accompany, support and valorize their children.
