A session of one hour in the heart of the old town (studio at home) for reduction of stress and tensions, to promote well-being of the body and peace of the mind. Ideal at lunch break to help recovering the energy burned by the nervous strain and go back to work with a renovated psychological and physical balance and a general state of calm and relaxation.

A deeper approach includes reduction of migraine, constipation, stomach ache, digestive issues, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety.

Below are the various techniques I can propose for an holistic approach:

laura meneguzzo I am coming from a long experience in the oil and trading sector, thanks to which I have been in contact with different multicultural environment, both in Italy, my country of origin, and abroad (London and Geneva).
Motivated by a strong personal desire and by ethic reasons, I have started few years ago a career change of which the first step has been a 2 years Reflexology and therapeutic massage course. I am now member of ASCA and will be reimbursed by most Suisse complementary health insurance from July 2015.
The presence, the listening, the attention are values that I cherish since years through the practice of Tai chi, yoga, meditation and reflexology.

I speak English, French and Italian.
