Organic “Selection” baskets offer a wide variety of fruits and vegetables throughout the year and aim to encourage organic production. The upcoming basket content is announced in the weekly newsletter sent on Fridays. You will find in each basket detailed information on fruits and vegetables (producer, variety, history, how to prepare/store them) and original recipes of the Geneva Fourchette verte.

The different types of basket:

  • The Selection basket – A basket of fruit and vegetables and recipes for cooking amateurs and terroir lovers. (for 2-3 or 4-5 people.)
  • The Organic Selection – A basket of organic products and recipes for cooking amateurs and terroir lovers. (for 2-3 or 4-5 people.)
  • The Maxi basket – A basket of commonly consumed vegetables at the best price for the daily cooking. (for 2-3 or 4-5 people.)

espace terroir Guillaume launches espace-terroir.ch in 2008, after the success of his project "Le Campagnon", a promotion map of local products direct sale and ecological leisure activities, developed in 2005. Espace-terroir.ch is an online store of local agricultural products created in collaboration with the Union Maraîchère de Genève, historic cooperative producers. Espace-terroir.ch offers seasonal fruits and vegetables from local organic or conventional farming and a selection of handicrafts and gift boxes. You can choose to be delivered at home or to pick up your basket in distribution points, with more than 50 points in Geneva and the Coast until Nyon.
