“Meridians dance” Classes consisting in auto-massage, movement and dance, to get connected to season’s energy and stay healthy !

Description

We will start the workshop with “Do in”, a simple and dynamic Japanese traditional practice, based on breathing exercises, self shiatsu, meridian’s stimulation and stretching (meridians are subtle canals forming a longitudinal network at the body’s surface).
We will then take time to visualize, understand the 5 transformation’s cycle. At last, we will follow the energy’s flow into dance, make relive the sensations into movement.

You don’t need any dance or Chinese medicine’s knowledge, this workshop is open to anyone.
just wear comfortable clothes.
