Holistic coaching is a deep listening of your life experience. It is neither therapy nor general consulting; it is an attentive presencing of your experience on the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and systemic levels. This exploration will bring you new insights and will invite you to discover and precise your personals inner motivations and longings.
You will gain back some parts of your life energy, used by unconscious recurring’s patterns that can prevent you to express yourself more wholly.

Julien Andrey

julien andrey Julien Andrey (41 years old) is currently finishing is holistic coaching training. He his also computer artist and Feldenkrais practitioner (awareness trough movement). Mountain leader, he enjoy practising and facilitating outdoors activities (hiking and trail running). He his curious and passionate about human experience. His coaching practice is nourished by personal experimentation in higher consciousness work (systemic and mystical wisdom principles).

He speaks French, English and German.
