sylvie menyer I am a Reiki master-teacher, and I have also attended Dr. Luc Bodin’s classes. He is a scientific doctor who has studied a lot of alternative therapies and created his own energy healing method. I believe we have two types of medicine for a reason, and that they should be used for different and complementary purposes.
I am also trained as a coach and I help people on a daily basis with various techniques. I believe in diversity. I also believe that each of us needs to find the right tool at the right time, and the right therapist with whom one feels comfortable to move forward.
I am also trained in anatomy. I practice and teach EFT, meditation, group therapy and laughter yoga. I also work a lot with nature.
I speak French, English and Spanish
