Description
MLC is a global approach of the body and was created by Marie-Lise Labonté 33 years ago. The méthod uses movements to increase body conciousness in order to get free of muscular tensions, called armours. These armours are physical and psychological protections that got set in our body in an unconcious manner along the years, starting at our tender childhood in the deepest layers of our body including emotions and thoughts related to our history. The movements of the method allow liberation of body memories, of physical and psychological wounds of the past, of emotions that got crystallized in the body (fear, pain, anger, joy) and of limiting thoughts (beliefs). They allow access to new sensations and emotions (peace, joy, happyness, bliss), to liberating thoughts, inspiring visions and guiding intuitions.
