Our Kebbeh paste is home-made. Drawing inspiration from seasonal products, Roudayna offers one different Kebbeh every week.

Flavoured with a choice of premium spices, the Kebbeh paste is stuffed in a second step with beef meat, chicken or vegetables. We prepare the Kebbeh in two ways: cooked in the oven (Kebbeh Madd, or Sayniyye) or fried (Kebbeh Eras)

It is goes along with fresh salads prepared every morning, and a variety of sauces.
